The Green Pharmacy—Mobile Storefront

We designed a custom, responsive layout for The Green Pharmacy's mobile storefront providing customers with access to their account and order history, as well as to valuable store information.

The Green Pharmacy’s customers were unable to easily access their accounts from the mobile storefront.

We designed and built The Green Pharmacy’s non-responsive website in early 2014. Their drop down category and brand names menus, on both their home page and Nexternal top html, are synced with their Nexternal categories, and are therefore automatically updated when a Nexternal category is added/edited/deleted. Their search form uses Nexternal’s search suggestion widget, displaying suggested search terms as the user begins to type.

strategy

The mobile layout however utilized the default settings of Nexternal’s mobile storefront, without any branding or customization. The mobile layout needed to better reflect the features and layout of their custom website layout.

approach

We designed a custom, responsive layout for their mobile storefront with a prominent ‘account login’ link, their logo (linked to the home page), their color scheme, mobile icons for the menu items, and their complete storefront footer, providing their customers with access to their account and order history, as well as to store information. Additionally, consumers can sign up for the newsletter direct from the mobile storefront, a feature they previously didn’t have access to.

results

Green Pharmacy’s customers can now easily access their accounts from mobile devices, to check the status of an order or update their account information. By opening the following link in your mobile device, you can preview their mobile storefront:
